Job Summary

Role Summary We are looking for 15+ experienced and dynamic SAP Technical Project Manager to lead and manage SAP technical delivery across projects. The role requires strong expertise in SAP technical architecture, stakeholder management, and end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations. Having experience in S/4 Hana migration as well as implementation projects. Key Responsibilities Project & Delivery Management Lead end-to-end SAP technical project delivery (planning, execution, monitoring, and closure) Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and budget Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and delivery frameworks Drive Agile/Waterfall methodologies based on project requirements Technical Oversight Oversee SAP technical components including ABAP, S/4 HANA, integration, enhancements, and data migration Ensure proper design, development, and deployment of SAP solutions Review technical architecture and ensure scalability, performance, and security Stakeholder & Client Management Act as the primary interface between customer, business teams, and technical teams Conduct regular status meetings and provide project updates to stakeholders Understand customer expectations and align delivery accordingly Team Management Lead cross-functional SAP technical teams (ABAP, Integration, Basis, Functional consultants) Manage resource allocation, workload balancing, and team performance Mentor and guide technical team members Risk & Issue Management Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues Ensure dependency management across different workstreams Quality & Compliance Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and governance Conduct quality reviews and ensure compliance with SAP standards Drive continuous improvement and innovation in delivery Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills Strong experience in SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ABAP, Integration (CPI/PI/PO), Fiori/UI5 Exposure to SAP modules like FI/CO, SD OTC, MM P2P, etc. Experience in SAP implementations, rollouts, or migration projects Good understanding of SAP architecture and cloud platforms (SAP BTP preferred) Project Managemen

Key Responsibilities

1. To oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to coding standards , implementation of best practices and perform Value creation and KM activities.
2. To ensure process improvement and compliance| and participate in technical design discussion and to review technical documents.
3. To create project plans and keep track of schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.
4. To work closely with the development team, On-site Engineers to understand technical requirements and work with them to address and resolve technical issues.
5. Identify & flag potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality, develop mitigation strategies / contingency plans to address risks and provide regular project updates to key stakeholders.
