Job Summary
Location: Hillsboro, Oregon
Scope of work:
- Engineer will be running performance benchmarks and testing on prem servers and in the cloud.
- Workloads are a mix of industry-standard benchmarks, in-house, and internally-developed.
Must-have skill-set:
- Experience with Linux, BASH and Python Scripting
- Experience deploying open-source applications to on-prem servers and on-cloud servers
-Experience with automation,manual testing and have good analytical skills.
-Working knowledge on basic networking concepts,servers,computer architectures and linux kernels
Preferred additional skill-set:
- Experience compiling applications in a Linux environment
- Experience with performance analyzing monitoring tools.
- Experience with performance-tuning and optimization of open-source applications.
- Experience with AI and deep-learning solutions
- Experience on containers,kubernetes,virtual machines and different clouds.
Key Responsibilities
2. Develop And Enhance Automated Tests In Alignment With New System Features And Enhancements. Create Detailed Work Plans, Monitor Progress, And Manage Schedules To Ensure Timely Delivery While Adhering To Defined Quality Standards.
3. Create A Reusable And Scalable Test Automation Framework Using Python, Develop Comprehensive Test Strategies And Plans, Maintain Test Data, And Submit Regular Status Reports To Minimize Project Risks And Effectively Manage Escalations.
4. Guide And Mentor Qa Engineers In Utilizing The Testing Framework, Enhancing Their Technical Skills, And Improving Overall Productivity And Efficiency Within The Team.

2. Strong Understanding Of Testing Methodologies And Processes.
3. Familiarity With Embedded Systems And Linux Environments.
4. Good Knowledge Of Software Development Life Cycle (Sdlc) And Agile Methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
