Track Manager - MS System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)

Job Summary

This role is accountable for overseeing client life cycle management operations using SCCM, ensuring high service quality, process optimization, and continuous improvement for complex environments. The position empowers teams through expert guidance, drives operational excellence, and ensures alignment with client SLAs and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead SCCM administration and client life cycle management by architecting, deploying, and optimizing SCCM infrastructure to support large-scale endpoint environments.
2. Develop and implement advanced automation scripts and workflows using PowerShell and SCCM tools to streamline software deployment, patch management, and compliance reporting.
3. Oversee operational processes by monitoring SCCM health, troubleshooting escalated issues, and ensuring adherence to client SLAs and security standards.
4. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing operational metrics and introducing innovations in SCCM-based management and reporting.
5. Mentor and guide technical teams in best practices for SCCM, providing expert-level support and knowledge sharing within the team.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex client requirements into actionable SCCM service solutions and process enhancements.
7. Ensure transparent communication of operational goals, progress, and challenges to both technical teams and management.

Skill Requirements

1. Excellent Knowledge Of Client Life Cycle Management, Including Os Deployment, Patch Management, Application Packaging, And Asset Inventory.
2. Advanced Skills In Powershell Scripting For Automation And Process Optimization.
3. Strong Understanding Of ItilBased Operations, Service Delivery, And Sla Management.
4. Excellent Troubleshooting Skills For Complex Sccm And Endpoint Management Issues.
5. Advanced Proficiency In Monitoring, Reporting, And Dashboarding Tools Integrated With Sccm.
6. Excellent Leadership, Communication, And Mentoring Skills For Guiding Technical Teams.

Other Requirements

1. Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (optional but valuable)
