Job Summary

This role is designed for individuals who are currently in transition, either on the bench or actively participating in structured training programs. The position focuses on acquiring new technical skills, enhancing existing competencies, and preparing for future deployment into project teams. The individual is expected to engage in learning activities, complete assigned training modules, and demonstrate readiness for project assignments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Participate in technical training sessions using organization-approved platforms and tools, focusing on foundational and emerging technologies relevant to future assignments.
2. Complete e-learning modules and assessments in programming languages, frameworks, or domain-specific tools as directed by the training curriculum.
3. Apply acquired skills in simulated project environments or lab exercises to demonstrate understanding and practical application.
4. Collaborate with team members during group training activities to share insights and support collective learning.
5. Track and report progress on training milestones using designated learning management systems.
