- Strong communication Skills (responsiveness and timeliness )

- English is must, Fluent in German is a benefit
- -IT IL Foundation Certified (Mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with Jira for agile and release management (Mandatory)
- Foundation knowledge of Temenos Transact architecture and deployment patterns
(Advantageous) - Proficiency in OS platforms: Linux, unix, Windows Familiarity with database
- platforms: Oracle, Microsoft SQL Sewer, Experience with HPSM/Service Now
incident and Change logging - Background in environments management incl. Deployment Management and Automation configuration control.
- proficiency planning / Environment usage planning
- Strong command Of English (required for global collaboration)
- For CH: Fluency in German (essential local coordination) is an advantage
- Recognizes core relationships / processes and acts accordingly
- Establishes understanding for interfaces
- Collaborates in projects identifies basic problems & has ability to solve them independently
