Job Summary
Leads the design, development, and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions, ensuring optimal platform performance and alignment with business requirements
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement advanced ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, integrations, custom apps) Lead complex scripting, workflow automation, and platform customization Architect and develop integrations (REST/SOAP, APIs, third-party tools) Perform code reviews, technical validations, and best practice enforcement Troubleshoot high-priority issues, performance bottlenecks, and defects Collaborate with architects and stakeholders on solution design and enhancements Support platform upgrades, patching, and release management Mentor L1/L2 consultants and ensure quality delivery standards
Skill Requirements
Strong ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer) Expertise in integrations, CMDB, and data modeling Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices & architecture alignment Debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving Stakeholder communication & technical leadership
Other Requirements
Technical design documents (TDDs) & solution configurations Custom applications, workflows, and scripts Integration solutions & automation use cases Code quality and performance improvement reports Upgrade readiness and deployment plans
