Technical Architect (Insurance Platforms)
Role Summary
The Technical Architect will own the solution architecture and blueprinting for Prudential initiatives, ensuring scalability, security, and business alignment across insurance systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end solution architecture for insurance applications across digital, core, integration, and data layers.
- Work closely with BAs and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust solution blueprints.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and regulatory standards.
- Drive non-functional requirements (performance, resilience, availability, scalability).
- Guide development teams during implementation and ensure architectural compliance.
- Support modernization initiatives (API enablement, cloud readiness, legacy modernization).
Skill Requirements
- 12–15+ years of IT experience, with strong BFSI / Insurance architecture exposure.
- Experience architecting Policy Admin, Claims, Digital Insurance platforms, and integrations.
- Strong knowledge of microservices, APIs, cloud-native patterns, and integration architectures.
- Experience engaging directly with senior business and IT stakeholders.
- Architecture certifications (TOGAF, Cloud certs) preferred.
