4-6 years of experience in Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) administration who can manage and maintain the environment. Preferred to be AZ-140 Certificated.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure Timely Resolution And Compliance With Quality Standards For Escalated Incidents By Utilizing Citrix Virtual Desktops Essentials, Adhering To Agreed Slas To Enhance Operational Efficiency.
2. Mentor Team Members And Administrators While Preparing Standard Operating Procedures (Sops) And Maintaining Comprehensive Documentation To Foster Knowledge Sharing And Operational Excellence.
3. Validate Change Order Implementation Plans And Human Error Compliance, Actively Participating In Capacity Planning To Ensure Optimal Resource Allocation And Performance.
4. Actively Participate In Customer Meetings, Utilizing Effective Communication Skills To Understand And Address Customer Issues, Thereby Ensuring Positive Feedback And Satisfaction.
5. Validate And Present Analyses Such As Root Cause Analysis And Trend Analysis, Leveraging Insights To Facilitate Performance Improvements And Strategic Discussions With Key Business Stakeholders.

Implementing and Managing Storage Solutions: \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nDesign and implement storage solutions that meet the organizations data retention, performance, and security requirements. This includes configuring Azure Blob Storage, File Shares, and managing storage accounts. \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nConfiguring and Managing Virtual Networks: \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nManage virtual networks (VNets) to ensure secure and efficient communication between Azure resources. They configure subnets, network security groups, and routing to control traffic flow and protect resources from unauthorized access. \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nIdentities and Access Management: nManage user identities and control access to resources. This involves configuring user and group accounts, implementing role-based access control (RBAC), and setting up multi-factor authentication (MFA) to enhance security. nDeploy and Manage Resources: Deploying and managing virtual machines (VMs) and app services to support business applications. They select appropriate VM sizes, configure scaling options, and implement high-availability solutions to ensure performance and reliability.nAVD health check, Performance Monitoring and Maintaining Azure resources & Services zure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights to track the performance and health of resources. By setting up alerts and dashboards, they proactively identify and resolve issues proactively. Golden Image Management: nDesign, build, and maintain standardized Master Image for quick deployment and consistency across the environment. nDeployment and Updates: \Schedule and deploy updates to virtual desktops, applications, and infrastructure components while minimizing downtime and disruption to users. Automation & Scripting: Enhances efficiency by automating repetitive tasks and configurations using PowerShell & Azure CLIUser Support:nRespond to and resolve user tickets in a timely manner, providing technical support for the VDI environment, including connectivity, login issue, performance, and User experience issues.
