Job Summary
Senior DevOps Engineer Diana
Focus on Database Scalability, GCP Infrastructure, and Future-Proofing.
8+ years in Database Engineering with 3+ years of hands-on experience in GCP Cloud SQL (PostgreSQL or MySQL).
Design and deploy a GCP Cloud SQL (PostgreSQL or MySQL) environment optimized for high-write throughput and low-latency scans.
Enforce Scalability standards today (e.g., UUIDs, bit-reversed keys, non-sequential indexing) to ensure a seamless zero-rewrite potential migration to Google Cloud Spanner or other scalable solutions in the future.
DevSecOps: Own the "Database-as-Code" lifecycle; implement automated encryption at rest/transit and manage secrets.
Configure GCP Memorystore (Redis) to handle "Live" scan responses, offloading the primary database.
Data Stewardship: Proactively monitor for "Write Hotspots" and implement preventative performance tuning to ensure 100% data integrity.
Work Result:
Implementation of a high-performance, "Spanner-compatible" database schema and caching layer ready for infinite horizontal scaling.

Deep proficiency in PostgreSQL or MySQL performance tuning, query optimization, and schema design.
Deeply dedicated to data precision and system reliability; treats the shipment database as a mission-critical asset.
Analytical Mindset
Proactively investigates latency issues; doesn't settle for "good enough" performance.
Knowledge of messaging infrastructure (Kafka, IBM MQ).
Mentorship skills and ability to lead technical discussions.
Experience working in a Scrum development team environment.
Experience with scalable cloud systems and dependable distributed systems.
Experience with Cloud Spanner, MongoDB, or other scalable cloud systems.
Experience with automated test frameworks (RestAssured, Robot Framework).
