Job Summary
| SAP EWM and SAP WM functional and testing experience |
| Extended Warehouse Management functional and testing experience |
| End-to-End SAP Testing experience would be plus |
| Domain Skills: CPG, Retail |
| Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into business requirement documents, solution design documents, and functional specifications |
| Provide functional and technical guidance and direction to other functional and technical solutions, enhancements, reporting requirements and testing procedures |
| Define, write test scripts, and execute test plans including metrics for success |
| Provide hands on engagement during troubleshooting and resolving issues with clear communications and regular updates driving post-mortem for issues |
| Support go-live and hyper-care activities |
| Monitor and trend issues, root cause analysis, and implementation of solutions |
| Track and support key metrics on system SLA including upgrade cutovers and disaster recovery drills |
| Contribute to project planning, resource allocation, and risk management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget |
| Provide the above for other applications within business areas as defined by manager |
| Build effective working relationships within IT and business areas, maintain key relationships to provide quality service and support |

Skill Requirements
2. Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and best practices.
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
6. Project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Knowledge of integration of sap ewm with other sap modules is a plus.
