Job Summary
VM Ware Ops Resources - VM Ware Engineer requirement (Ram Apr-20)
Key Responsibilities
You are seeking a VMware Engineer to support the operations of an environment consisting of approximately 250 ESXi hosts and 5,000 virtual machines. The key requirements for the role are outlined below:
Skill Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience managing large-scale VMware environments (approximately 250 ESXi hosts / 5,000 VMs)
- Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting, including the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within existing scripts
- Knowledge of Cisco ACI
- Demonstrated experience with migrations to VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) 5.0; experience with VCF 9.0 migrations would be considered a significant advantage
- Proficiency in the German language would be an added advantage
- We understand that the preference is to have suitable candidates available in Frankfurt by July, with earlier availability being highly desirable.
