Interpreted log files to locate and solve problems such as tracing and debugging facilities.\r\nExtensive knowledge to handling monitoring through Dynatrace and splunk.\r\nExcellent knowledge to handle large clustered middleware infrastructure.\r\nGood knowledge of databases (Oracle, DB2, MS SQL)\r\nDeep Troubleshooting knowledge on Application Server related issues (includes Java Outofmemory issues, Heap, application workflows, service to service communication, data flows, data issues, external app2app integration points)\r\nExtensive knowledge in capacity optimization and performance tuning.\r\nDeep knowledge on vulnerability management and remediate vulnerabilities across various middleware products.\r\nStrong experience on various ldap integrations with middleware components.\r\nShould have sound knowledge in ITIL processes incident management, change management, problem management and request management etc\r\nAbility to guide / mentor other Administrators and troubleshoot issues\r\nProviding 24 x 7 supports for all applications to ensure continuous availability.
