Job Description – SRE Senior Developer (AWS) - OFFshore
Role Overview
Hands‑on SRE Developer responsible for reliability improvement, vulnerability remediation, and recurring issue elimination across a large‑scale AWS serverless platform. Focus is on code‑level fixes, automation, and standardization, not ticket‑only operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform deep Root Cause Analysis and eliminate recurring production issues
Drive vulnerability remediation and patching across 32,000+ AWS Lambdas
Develop and enhance Lambda code to fix defects and improve resilience
Improve testing confidence before production releases
Use Dynatrace for diagnostics, performance analysis, and alert tuning
Automate remediation, patching, and reliability workflows
Standardize incident, change, and remediation processes
Create reusable runbooks, SOPs, and engineering standards
Reduce MTTR and operational toil through automation
Drive estimation‑based continuous improvement initiatives
Technology Stack
AWS: Lambda (serverless compute)
Observability: Dynatrace
Engineering: Code fixes, patching, automation
Language : Java, Python, Node.JS (Hands on)
Scale: Multi‑environment, large serverless estate
Required Skills
Strong experience as SRE / DevOps / Platform Engineer
Hands‑on AWS Lambda experience at scale
Proven RCA, vulnerability remediation, and patching expertise
Strong debugging and production issue resolution skills
Practical Dynatrace hands‑on experience
Ability to fix reliability issues through code
Success Measures

Key Responsibilities
2. To lead the technical design , ensuring alignment with business requirements, industry standards, and best practices, while determining the optimal configuration of modules, databases, interfaces, and integrations to support business processes.
3. To prepare capability presentations| assessments| proposal preparation.
4. To coordinate project management related activities like creating project plans, allocating resources, and coordinating activities among team members and stakeholders.
5. To support the professional growth and development of the consulting team members by training, and mentorship.
