Job Summary
Role Summary
The Project Manager (PM) partners closely with a Program Manager or Director to own end to end project delivery for assigned initiatives. PMs are accountable for planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, on scope, and with high quality.

This role requires strong ownership, proactive risk management, and disciplined execution while supporting projects aligned to the U.S. Eastern Time (EDT) business day.
Key Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
• Own end to end project management activities from initiation through closeout, including development of the project charter, integrated project plan, and work breakdown structure
• Drive day to day execution to ensure delivery within approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets
• Act as the single point of accountability for assigned projects, representing deliverables and status in meetings and presentations
• Manage demand, capacity, and resource allocations on a weekly basis
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of timesheets and required financial artifacts
• Analyze actual performance against planned activities and proactively address variances
• Proactively identify delivery risks and issues early; escalate appropriately with clear mitigation and contingency plans
• Analyze risk drivers, establish avoidance strategies, define trigger events, and assign ownership for corrective actions
• Ensure change controls are submitted accurately and on time, with required stakeholder approvals
• Build strong, trust based relationships across business, technology, PMO, and client stakeholders
• Lead and facilitate project meetings; provide clear, concise written and verbal status updates
• Create and execute communication plans to ensure alignment and transparency across global stakeholders
• Partner closely with Solution teams, Program Managers, and the PMO to ensure projects are launched on time and staffed appropriately
• Build knowledge of the EHS platform, client organizations, and business processes to become a trusted delivery partner
• Share lessons learned and best practices across teams to improve future delivery outcomes
Skill Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 4 years of hands on ownership of end to end project delivery (initiation through closeout)
• Experience managing large and/or complex projects
• PMP certification or equivalent formal project management training
• Experience working within an industry standard Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Healthcare insurance industry business and operational knowledge preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, drive work forward, and take ownership without waiting for direction
• Proven strength in risk identification, escalation, and problem resolution
• Strong planning, organizational, and execution skills in a fast paced environment
• Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining delivery discipline
• Strong professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead meetings and communicate risks and issues clearly to global stakeholders
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience with customer relationship management concepts and practices
Working Hours & Reliability Expectations
• This role requires consistent availability during the stated shift of 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST
• Preference for candidates able to work 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST, aligned to U.S. Eastern Time (EDT)
• Reliable attendance during core working hours is mandatory
• Demonstrated professional accountability, including:
o Adherence to agreed working hours
o Advance notice for planned leave
o Minimal unplanned absences
