1. Provide Technical Guidance And Solutions By Defining, Advocating, And Implementing Best Practices And Coding Standards In Embedded Networking, Ensuring High-Quality Outputs From The Development Team.
2. Develop And Guide Team Members In Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities In Embedded Networking And Linux, Increasing Productivity Through Mentorship And Knowledge Sharing.
3. Ensure Process Compliance In Assigned Modules By Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews As A Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Evaluating Technical Alternatives, And Assessing Risks Associated With Architecture And Component Breakdown.
4. Prepare And Submit Status Reports That Help Minimize Exposure And Risks On Projects While Effectively Managing Escalations And Ensuring Timely Resolutions.
