Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and convert them into functional design solutions.
- Configure EC modules including:
- Organizational Management
- Employee Data Management
- Position Management
- Workflows and Business Rules
- Manage data migration activities using tools like LCM, IA, or Migration templates.
- Execute system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment activities.
- Handle integration with SAP ECC/S/4HANA and other SF modules (Payroll, Time, Recruiting, Onboarding).
- Work with integration tools like CPI / Dell Boomi / SAP Integration Center.
- Provide production support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements.
- Ensure adherence to data governance, compliance, and security standards.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and user guides.
Skill Requirements
Mandatory Skills (Must-Have)
- 6–8 years of total experience in SAP SuccessFactors EC.
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Employee Central (Core HR configurations)
- Business Rules and Workflows
- Foundation Objects & MDF Objects
- Experience in end-to-end EC implementation projects.
- Knowledge of:
- Position Management
- Employee Lifecycle (Hire to Retire processes)
- Hands-on experience with data migration and data modeling.
- Experience in integration with SAP Payroll / EC Payroll / third-party systems.
- Strong understanding of organizational structures and HR processes.
- Experience in UAT support and stakeholder coordination.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules:
- Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- Time Off / Time Tracking
- Recruiting / Onboarding
- Knowledge of SAP HCM (On-Premise).
- Experience with CPI or Integration Center.
- Exposure to global implementations and localization requirements.
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Knowledge of reports (Ad Hoc, ORD, Story reports).
