Job Summary
The Scientific Integrator Support role provides operational and scientific support to analytical and technical teams across the product lifecycle. The position supports the integration of scientific activities, documentation, and data across systems and functions, ensuring alignment with quality processes, regulatory expectations, and internal standards. This role works closely with Scientific Integrators, Analytical Development, Quality, and Regulatory teams to support document lifecycle management, change tracking, deviation support, and system‑based workflows. A strong working knowledge of COMET, TrackWise, Veeva QualityDocs, and related quality systems is essential to enable effective execution and coordination of scientific and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation, formatting, routing, and lifecycle management of scientific and technical documents using Veeva QualityDocs.
- Create and manage change controls, deviations, CAPA, and quality event activities through TrackWise or any change management tool, including data entry, tracking, and follow‑up.
Skill Requirements
- Practical working knowledge of COMET, TrackWise, Veeva QualityDocs, and quality systems.
- Understanding of scientific and analytical documentation lifecycle.
- Basic understanding of GMP, data integrity, and regulated documentation practices.
