Job Summary
Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls. \r\n• Troubleshooting problems with existing networks to determine the cause of malfunctions or breakdowns and recommending solutions.\r\n• Designing and creating new computer networks according to company specifications.\r\n
Analyzing network performance to identify areas for improvement. \r\n• Installing new network hardware and software, including APs, routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and other equipment.\r\n• Performing risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend solutions to improve security\r\n
Manage high/moderate complexity projects.\\\\r\\\\n• Troubleshoot network and application performance.\\\\r\\\\n• Be network on-call.\\\\r\\\\n• Document issues, resolutions, and changes in appropriate systems. \\\\r\\\\n• Assist with other necessary network tasks\\\\r\\\\n
Key Responsibilities
Skill Requirements
Installing new or replace existing network equipment and updating software packages.\r\n• Day-to-Day operational support to 50 plus sites for Intranet, internet, wifi etc.\r\n• Coordinating with other departments, such as IT, to ensure that new system implementations meet the needs of other departments within the organization.\r\n
Other Requirements
Monitor network to ensure security, availability, and performance.\r\n• Assist other IT teams with network project level work.\r\n• Maintain and support enterprise SSIDs and wireless controllers.\r\n• Maintain and support VPN for 1200 PHCT employees.\r\n
