UI/UX Technical Architect
Washington, Virginia

Job Summary

The Technical Architect for UI/UX Designs is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of UI/UX design projects. They will collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure the successful delivery of visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. The primary objective is to architect solutions that optimize user experience and align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Must Have


At least 10 years of relevant work experience with Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or similar field, or equivalent work experience
Understanding of the trade-offs between optimum user experience and technical, information security, and business constraints, and ability to propose appropriate compromises
Experience in user experience (UX) design for platforms or during platform implementation is an advantage.
Envisioning the user experience for multiple enterprise applications with complex business needs
Experience with Figma is important
Connecting dots and bringing a cohesive experience across deliverables produced in different project tracks
Managing multiple projects from a UX perspective, being responsible for adherence to standards, for the timely and quality delivery of artifacts

Good to have
Usability Analyst certification desirable
Basic experience with other Prototyping tools, HTML/CSS & Photoshop is a plus

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in ui/ux design principles and best practices.
2. Strong knowledge of frontend development technologies such as html, css, javascript.
3. Experience with design tools like adobe xd, sketch, figma, or similar.
4. Ability to understand user needs and translate them into engaging design concepts.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross functional teams.
6. Problem-solving skills to identify design issues and propose effective solutions.
7. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.

8.Experience with Figma is important

Of the two available positions, one will prioritize candidates who possess experience with SalesForce user experience (UX).

Experience in user experience design for platforms or during platform implementation is an advantage.

Maximum Salary (US): 188000
Minimum Salary (US): 77000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
