Role Overview
The Senior SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) Consultant is responsible for BAU support and delivery of enhancements to ensure stable, efficient, and scalable recruiting operations aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage BAU support including incident, problem, and change management for RCM
  • Configure and enhance requisitions, workflows, offers, rules, and permissions
  • Lead requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and releases
  • Manage integrations with Employee Central, Onboarding, and third‑party vendors
  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, audit readiness, and documentation
Stakeholder & Team Management
Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT stakeholders, and mentor junior consultants through knowledge sharing and best practices.
Qualifications & Certifications
SAP SuccessFactors RCM certification is mandatory; Integration or Employee Central certification is preferred.

Role Overview
The Senior SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB) Consultant is responsible for managing BAU support and delivering enhancements to ensure a smooth, compliant, and engaging onboarding experience for new hires, aligned with organizational policies and processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide BAU support for SAP SuccessFactors ONB, including incident, problem, and change management
  • Configure and enhance onboarding processes, panels, workflows, rules, documents, and tasks
  • Lead requirement gathering, functional design, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and release management
  • Manage integrations with Recruiting Management, Employee Central, and third‑party vendors
  • Ensure data accuracy, document compliance, audit readiness, and system documentation
Stakeholder & Team Management
Work closely with HR, TA, Payroll, and IT stakeholders, and mentor junior consultants through knowledge sharing and best‑practice guidance.
Qualifications & Certifications
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding certification is mandatory; RCM or Employee Central certification is preferred.
