Key Responsibilities
2. Mentor Team Members And Administrators In Db2 Best Practices, Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (Sops), And Maintain Effective Documentation To Promote Knowledge Sharing Across The Team.
3. Validate Change Order Implementation Plans And Ensure Human Error Compliance While Actively Participating In Capacity Planning Efforts To Optimize Db2 System Performance.
4. Participate In Customer Meetings To Understand And Address Any Issues Faced, Ensuring Positive Feedback And High Customer Satisfaction Through Effective Communication And Problem-Solving.
5. Validate Analyses Such As Root Cause Analysis And Trend Analysis To Facilitate Informed Decision-Making And Present Performance Reports To Key Business Stakeholders.
