Job Summary
JD for (Azure) ARC: Proactively maintain, enhance, and update ARC and its associated sub-components in line with vendor releases. Proactively maintain, enhance, and update any logical & physical infrastructure such as distribution points, caches etc. Install, manage & maintain agent software on all in-scope assets, including ARC (and required sub-components), Anti-Virus, and security tool. Ensure all in-scope assets are connected and sending required telemetry to the centralized system. Proactively maintain, enhance, and update scripts, code, workflows, and logic as required including integration with Service Management System. Maintain a document library of all enhancements & updates made to the system. Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans as applicable. Proactively advise on new features & functionality made available by the vendor and how they can benefit bp or improve the level support provided by the supplier. Produce dashboards illustrating key performance & capacity metrics providing good customer experience and easy consumption.
