Job Summary

Cloud, Windows\r\n• Install and configure Windows 2012/2016/2019 Servers \r\n• Administer and manage remote servers using appropriate tools \r\n• Installing Firmware and Drivers in all hardware\r\n• Creating user’s objects in Active directory\r\n• Managing & maintaining Domain Controller, File/Print servers & Application servers\r\n• Perform regular maintenance of servers by installing approved patches after getting prior change approval\r\n• Monitoring server performance and health checkup daily\r\n• Generating reports on Server Utilization, Disk Quota and User Management / Access control\r\n• Providing user rights and permission, activate / deactivate accounts, file/folder permission and configuring security templates as per the policy requirements.\r\n• Deploying software packages via SCCM for the client machines and responsible to check the status of the distribution. \r\n• Ensure that Antivirus updates / windows patches are up-to-date and updating servers with latest service packs and hot fixes.\r\n• Managing windows RAID Concepts and Disk Management console\r\n• Configuring and managing group policies for the security features of the Company\r\n• Coordinate with global server team for DHCP scope & DNS related issues\r\n• Troubleshoot and fix Hardware, OS, Performance and Network issues on all servers including SQL, Web and Email servers on VMware servers, Citrix environment and Physical servers.\r\n• Deploy Servers to the latest patches, troubleshoot the related and make sure they are complaint.\r\n• Troubleshoot server hang and server crash issues\r\n• Cluster configuration, analyses cluster logs during downtimes and performing root cause analysis\r\n• Configure Perfmon logs for Memory leak and Performance issues and find the root cause of the issue.\r\n• Configure Poolmon for finding the cause of Page Pool and Non-Page Pool memory leak issue.\r\n• Configure Memory dump on the servers, collect them using manual memory dump or server crash events.\r\n• Analyze the memory dump using debugger to find the reason of Performance issues and Server hang issues\r\n• Use Process explorer to find the open handles of the File, find the reason of high CPU issues and collect application dump \r\n• Check the consistency of WMI and DCOM for system and application stability\r\n• Use Procmon to monitor the background processing of file system and registry according to the troubleshooting requirements\r\n• Using Procdump to collect the process dump of process during high CPU spikes and access violation\r\n• Analyze Print Spooler dump using debugger to find if a third-party process monitors and processor is causing spooler to hang or crash\r\n• Rebuild server and or upgrade them to latest level when required\r\n• Ensure servers are compliant as per the company security standards.\r\n• Conduct BCP and Disaster recovery tests are done on regular basis coordinating with different application teams and report the results to the management.\r\n• Coordinating changes for hardware and software upgrades, Data migration between filers concentrating on security and scalability.\r\n• Make sure the correct security policies are updated on the server environment\r\n• Working on ESXi patching as per client requirement.\r\n• Creating and managing virtual machines and installing VM Tools into VM’s. Managing VMware infrastructure environment \r\n• Security hardening and Monitoring of VM’s & ESX servers (CPU, Memory, Disk, Network Utilization) for Security Compliance.\r\n• P2V and V2V conversions by using VMware Converter. Performing Snapshots, Cloning, cold migrations, and hot migrations.\r\n•
