Job Summary
Job Purpose: As a Senior Technical Specialist in Golang, you will be responsible for developing efficient and scalable software solutions using the Golang programming language. Your primary objective will be to design, implement, and maintain high-performance applications that meet the business requirements of the organization.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Designing and developing server side logic using golang for high-volume, real-time application
2. Collaborating with cross functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
3. Optimizing code for performance improvements
4. Conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality standards are met
5. Troubleshooting and debugging application issues
6. Providing technical guidance and support to junior developers
Skill Requirements: 1. Proficiency in golang programming language
2. Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms
3. Experience with microservices architecture and design patterns
4. Knowledge of containerization technologies like docker and kubernetes
5. Familiarity with api design and development
6. Ability to work in an agile development environment
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
8. Good communication and interpersonal abilities
