Job Summary

Change Coordinator: Coordinate and manage the IT change management process to ensure smooth implementation of system changes. Review and validate change requests (RFCs) for completeness and accuracy. Schedule approved changes in the change calendar to avoid conflicts with other activities. Organize and support Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings for change approvals. Ensure proper risk assessment, impact analysis, and rollback plans are documented. Communicate planned changes and maintenance activities to relevant stakeholders and teams. Monitor the implementation of approved changes during scheduled windows. Ensure all changes follow organizational policies, ITIL processes, and compliance requirements. Update and maintain change records in the change management tool (e.g., ServiceNow). Conduct post-implementation reviews and close change requests after successful completion.
