Job Summary

This role is responsible for maintaining and supporting LAN/WAN data infrastructure, ensuring the stability and reliability of network operations. The individual addresses routine technical issues, implements enhancements, and supports daily operational tasks to meet organizational standards for quality, performance, and delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support and troubleshoot LAN/WAN issues using tools such as Cisco IOS and network monitoring platforms to ensure network availability and performance.
2. Maintain and update existing LAN/WAN configurations, implementing minor enhancements and changes as per business and team requirements using standard network management tools.
3. Monitor network health and security using SNMP, syslog, and performance dashboards to detect and resolve incidents promptly.
4. Respond to and resolve service tickets related to LAN/WAN connectivity, escalating complex issues as needed and ensuring adherence to defined quality standards.
5. Document network changes, incident resolutions, and enhancement activities in compliance with CMMi and client documentation requirements.
6. Participate in team discussions and code reviews to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of network operations.

Skill Requirements

1. Experience With Cisco Routers, Switches, And Network Configuration.
2. Good Knowledge Of Network Monitoring Tools (E.G., Solarwinds, Nagios).
3. Familiarity With Network Troubleshooting Methodologies And Ticketing Systems.
4. Solid Skills In Documenting Technical Activities And Following Operational Processes.

Other Requirements

1. Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification is optional but valuable
