Job Summary
| Your initial focus will be on the daily management and monitoring of the current environment with a strong focus on maximizing and ensuring efficiency across the infrastructure. You will also be required to support new and innovative projects as they arise involving plenty of internal stakeholder exposure.

Key Responsibilities
2. Conduct Thorough Root Cause Analyses For Escalated Incidents, Implementing Effective Solutions To Address Underlying Technical And Security Issues.
3. Drive Value-Added Activities Such As Updating And Managing The Knowledge Base, Training New Team Members, And Coaching Analysts On Best Practices.
4. Resolve Complex Support Tickets Within Agreed Slas, Collaborating With Cross-Functional Support Teams To Ensure Seamless Operations And A Robust Security Posture.
5. Enhance Customer Experience And Maintain High Csat Scores Through First Call Resolution, Minimizing Case Rejections And Reopens, While Proactively Mitigating Security Threats.
Skill Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience in a similar administration/support role
- 8+ years’ experience of working with patch management tools (SCCM, WSUS)
- 8+ years’ experience of managing VMware environments including SRM
- PowerShell scripting experience
- Windows Server Operating Systems (2003-2022)
- Active Directory, Domain Controllers, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP for multiple Windows domains
- Experience of administering MS Exchange and messaging
- Ability to work on own initiative and within a team both face-to-face and virtually
- Proven analytical and problem resolution skills with the ability to work under pressure
Other Requirements
BSc Computer Science or similar discipline
