Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing web applications using javascript, react.js, and node.js
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
3. Drive best practices in web development, including code reviews, performance optimization, and scalability
4. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development to enhance team capabilities and project outcomes
5. Troubleshoot technical issues, provide solutions, and support continuous improvement of web applications
6. Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and overall project goals

- React, Next.js (Full Stack React/Next.js experience preferred)

- Modern JavaScript (ES2015 and later)

- CSS frameworks: Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap
Infrastructure & Platform
- Nginx
- Docker, Kubernetes
Databases
- MySQL administration
- Strong SQL querying and optimization skills
DevOps & Tools
- Linux shell scripting (bash, etc.)
- Git version control
- Markdown (.md) documentation
Preferred Skills
- Experience working on cloud‑native platforms
- Exposure to microservices-based systems
Familiarity with observability, logging, and performance monitoring tools

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
