Provide Technical Guidance And Mentorship To A Team Of Developers In Native Mobile App Development Using Java And Kotlin, Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities And Increasing Productivity. 2. Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews And Establish Rigorous Quality Assurance Processes, Ensuring Performance Optimization And Adherence To Best Practices And Coding Standards For Successful Project Delivery. 3. Ensure Compliance With Processes In The Assigned Module, Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews As A Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Evaluating Technical Alternatives, And Assessing Technical Risks. 4. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables, While Preparing And Submitting Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Facilitate Closure Of Escalations. 1. Advanced Proficiency In Native Mobile App Development Using Java And Kotlin. 2. Strong Understanding Of Mobile Application Architecture And Design Principles. 3. Solid Experience In Performance Optimization And Implementing Quality Assurance Processes. 4. Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work Effectively With Stakeholders And Team Members. 1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Google Associate Android Developer, Kotlin Certified Developer.
