Job Summary
Rubrik Backup Admin designs, implements, and manages Rubrik data protection solutions, handling daily backup/restore operations, SLA policy management, and ransomware protection. They specialize in protecting hybrid cloud environments (VMware, databases, cloud native) using Rubrik
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Management: Deploy, configure, upgrade, and patch Rubrik clusters (CDM).\r\nBackup & Recovery: Monitor daily backups, manage SLA domains, and perform restorations (files, databases, VMs).Automation: Develop scripts (API, PowerShell, Python) to automate tasks and reporting.\r\nTroubleshooting: Resolve failed jobs, optimize system performance, and provide root cause analysis (RCA
Skill Requirements
Experience: 2–10+ years in backup/storage administration, with specific experience in Rubrik.\r\nTechnical Skills: Deep knowledge of Rubrik CDM, VMware, and cloud data protection.
