Support Lead
Brampton, Ontario

Job Summary

To execute continuous improvement activities, work on root cause analysis, and provide technical assistance to resolve customer issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own advanced technical support for business‑critical applications, network, and infrastructure components, acting as the final escalation point for complex issues
  • Plan and execute Cisco network device upgrades, including OS upgrades for Catalyst 9300/9500, ISR 4000, and Nexus 9000 platforms
  • Support enterprise‑wide TACACS+ over TLS 1.3 enablement, covering approximately 534 RCMIN devices
  • Perform certificate deployment to Cisco ISE and target network devices, ensuring secure authentication and compliance
  • Execute and validate configuration pushes to Cisco ISE and supported devices, coordinating changes through approved processes
  • Conduct root cause analysis, documentation, and preventive actions to improve stability, security posture, and operational maturity
