Senior Technical Lead - Embedded Systems

Job Summary
The Senior Technical Lead is responsible for overseeing technology in complex embedded systems projects, providing technical guidance to developers, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. This role plays a pivotal part in enhancing team capabilities, optimizing processes, and driving innovative approaches to meet project objectives. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Technical Guidance In Matlab And Simulink To A Team Of Developers, Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities And Fostering Productivity In Embedded Systems Development.
2. Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews And Establish Quality Assurance Processes, Focusing On Performance Optimization And The Implementation Of Best Practices And Coding Standards In Matlab Applications.
3. Ensure Process Compliance Within Allocated Modules By Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews As A Technical Consultant, Conducting Feasibility Studies On Technical Alternatives, And Addressing Architectural Best Practices And Technical Risks.
4. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables Using Modeling And Simulation Techniques, And Prepare And Submit Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Facilitate The Closure Of Escalations.Skill Requirements
1. Advanced Proficiency In Matlab And Simulink For Modeling, Simulation, And Analysis Of Embedded Systems.
2. Strong Understanding Of Coding Standards, Quality Assurance Processes, And Performance Optimization Techniques.
3. In-Depth Knowledge Of Technical Documentation, Feasibility Studies, And Project Management Methodologies.
4. Familiarity With Embedded Systems Architecture And Design Principles.Certification
1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Certified Matlab Associate, Simulink Certification, Or Relevant Embedded Systems Certifications.
