We’re looking for a Talent Business Partner who combines strategic thinking with hands-on recruitment expertise. In this role, you won’t just fill roles - you’ll shape the future workforce. As our Talent Business Partner, you’ll be a trusted advisor to business leaders across multiple geographies, translating workforce needs into smart hiring strategies and development initiatives.
You’ll own the full talent journey - from attracting top talent to helping shape career growth and succession - while continuously improving the quality, speed, and experience of hiring.
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (intake to onboarding handover) while ensuring structured, compliant, and efficient processes
- Manage multiple talent pipelines and deliver an outstanding candidate experience
- Source and engage top talent through diverse channels and build strong, future-focused talent pools
Design structured interviews and enable data-driven, high-quality hiring decisions - Lead offer management and negotiations, ensuring smooth pre-boarding processes
- Strengthen employer branding and collaborate with Marketing to attract top talent
- Build talent strategies, create learning pathways, and map skills gaps aligned with long-term business goals
- Drive succession planning and internal career path development, using data and KPIs to continuously improve hiring and talent outcomes
- Bachelor in Human Resources or Business Administration
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of Dutch labour law and Business Partner practices.
- Knowledge of HRM/(e-recruitment)systems (e.g. ADP, Talentsoft).
- Experience with AI preferred.
- Good command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing.
As a Talent Business Partner, you act as an advisor to the business, translating workforce needs into targeted hiring and talent strategies. You work closely with leaders to understand their goals and ensure every hire contributes to both immediate priorities and long-term success.
At the same time, you take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, from defining roles and sourcing candidates to managing interviews and closing offers. You ensure a smooth, high-quality process that delivers a strong candidate experience while meeting business timelines and objectives.
Beyond hiring, you help build future talent capabilities by strengthening pipelines, identifying skills gaps, and contributing to development and succession initiatives. Using data and insights, you continuously improve recruitment performance and drive measurable impact across the organization.
