Are you ready to shape the future of procurement at Fugro?

As our Global Head of Procurement, you lead the charge in managing and evolving our worldwide procurement and supply chain operations. This isn’t just about setting policies, it’s about making a real impact, driving change, and embedding procurement excellence into everything we do.

Your role

  • You deliver real savings that boost our bottom line, streamline processes, and reduce risks;
  • You keep an eye on key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives (OKRs) to make sure we’re always improving;
  • You lead and inspire a global team, building skills and keeping everyone engaged and performing at their best;
  • You standardise and automate our Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, bringing in digital tools and ERP solutions;
  • You develop and enforce clear procurement policies, making sure we’re always compliant with internal controls and certifications;
  • You maintain a strong risk framework, think operational, financial, and compliance risks, and run regular assessments;
  • You build strong partnerships across our business lines and with suppliers, encouraging collaboration and innovation.

Your track record

  • You are a strategic leader who drives result and is comfortable navigating complexity and change;
  • You hold a master’s degree (like Supply Chain Management, Procurement & Logistics, or Business Administration) and ideally certifications such as CIPS, NEVI, or APICS;
  • You have at least 10 years of international procurement and supply chain leadership, preferably in a listed, matrixed organisation;
  • You have proven experience in cost-saving initiatives, risk management, process optimisation, compliance, and digital transformation;
  • You are familiar with ERP systems (IFS is a plus), data analytics, and digital procurement tools;
  • You are a strong communicator who’s resilient, pragmatic, results-driven, and culturally aware, able to build, motivate and guide high-performing teams.
