In this role, you’ll be responsible for a group of customers. You will be their main point of contact, holding regular meetings to discuss the quality of our services and identify where we can further support them. Your goal is to improve customer satisfaction and increase the value of the contract we have with them.

The Opportunity:
As a Splunk Specialist, you are a true multitasker with both technical depth and strong communication skills. Deploying and maintaining Splunk solutions is your core responsibility—your "bread and butter." You assess customer needs, collaborate with stakeholders across all organizational levels, and ensure their environments become safer and more resilient against threats.
Your expertise is also a trusted resource within the team. Whether it's helping the SOC interpret a Splunk alert, troubleshooting heavy forwarder connectivity during a DFIR engagement, or assisting SDM in setting up a new dashboard to monitor response times—you’re the go-to person.
This role requires a broad skill set. A major focus is on technical consultancy, meaning a strong technical foundation, professional communication skills, and a passion for continuous learning are essential. We’re looking for someone with experience in IT systems administration. Familiarity with SIEM platforms is a strong plus.
Because this is a customer-facing role, you should feel confident engaging with clients in both in-person and digital environments. As part of a global organization, proficiency in written and spoken English is a must.
Key Accountabilities:
- Implement and support Splunk solutions for customers, ensuring effective deployment and configuration.
- Independently manage small to medium-sized projects, proactively addressing technical and organizational challenges.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Splunk, supporting and advising customers and colleagues across teams.
- Contribute to client deliverables—such as reports and presentations—with minimal supervision.
- Continuously improve the Splunk service through automation, process enhancements, and knowledge sharing.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proficient in one or multiple MXDR technologies;
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data;
- Effective project management and communication skills.
Desirable Requirements:
Holder of at least one industry-recognized certification (CISM, Splunk Certified Admin, relevant MS certificates, CompTIA).
