This is You

In this role, you’ll be responsible for a group of customers. You will be their main point of contact, holding regular meetings to discuss the quality of our services and identify where we can further support them. Your goal is to improve customer satisfaction and increase the value of the contract we have with them.

Key responsibilities:

· Build and maintain a strong relationship with your own customer base

· Grow the value of the contracts you manage, always aiming to improve customers’ cybersecurity

· Attend various formal and ad hoc meetings with clients, such as (onsite) service meetings, service-related questions, and escalations

· Work closely with the account management team

· Ensure the delivered services are always in line with the contracted SLAs

· Analyse service usage and perceived value of the services

· Take responsibility for your customers' satisfaction

Your Profile

You have a natural ability to build relationships and enjoy a varied schedule. You are also commercially minded, able to spot opportunities for our sales team that ultimately make the client more secure.

You also have:

· A bachelor’s or master’s degree

· Affinity with or knowledge/experience in IT and cybersecurity

· A clear vision on client relationships

· (Preferably) an ITIL Foundation certificate

· Some experience in a customer-facing role

· No issues with undergoing in-depth screenings or background checks, due to the nature of our work and clients

· Willingness to travel to visit clients

· Fluent communication skills in both Dutch and English (spoken and written)
