Your Role

As senior financial reporting analyst you will take ownership in preparing the Integrated Annual Report of FMO and – together with Public Investment Management – the annual reports for the different funds and programs, managed by FMO. Furthermore, you will be the first point of contact for the audit of these respective funds and programs.

We are looking for a professional that has an eye for detail, while able to understand the ‘bigger picture’. You have a background in financial reporting and a good understanding of how the business works.

You have affinity with banking which will help you analyze the performance. You like the financial complexity of the products we work with. And you are keen on playing your part in bringing our reporting skills to a higher level. You produce reports with clear conclusions and actionable recommendations, proactively driving change and continuously seeking improvements

Our Offer

  • Gross yearly salary based on your experience and background: EUR 56k-68k (based on 40-hour work week).

Your Team

The Integrated Reporting team is part of the Finance, Integrated Reporting & Impact Measurement department. The team consists of 12 professionals, who are responsible for statutory, regulatory and impact Reporting. Due to the team’s international and diverse composition, English is used for day-to-day communication.

Your Background

  • Master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, accounting, controlling or similar degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience in similar positions within financial services or specifically banking.
  • Relevant knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards
  • Good knowledge of MS applications (especially Excel)
  • Capable of discussing with internal and external stakeholders and when needed escalating in a timely matter
  • Experience with accounting data and transforming this into management reporting and annual reports.
  • Highest professional standards regarding business ethics, integrity and transparency.
  • High sense of responsibility and accountability and an ability to work independently.
  • You are curious about underlying causes, you reason logically, you have an eye for detail and strong analytical skills. Ability to understand the points of view of the different stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English.
