Summary
Your Role
- Designing, documenting and maintaining end‑to‑end business processes in collaboration with stakeholders across Investment, Credit and Operations
- Identifying inefficiencies and driving process improvements, simplification and standardization initiatives
- Translating business needs into clear process designs, maps and supporting documentation
- Facilitating workshops and discussions to align stakeholders on process design and improvements
- Ensuring processes are consistently documented and aligned with BPM standards and governance
- Contributing to cross‑functional initiatives where processes, data and systems intersect
- Supporting the adoption of BPM methodologies, tools and ways of working across the organization

Gross yearly salary ranging from EUR 75-85K (based on 40 hours per week, including 8% holiday allowance and 13th month) depending on your seniority, years of relevant experience, and background).

Hybrid way of working (at least 3 days in the office).
Working remotely abroad for maximum 60 days in a rolling period of 12 months.

Your Background
- Strong analytical and structuring skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear and workable solutions
- Ability to engage and align stakeholders across different departments
- Proactive and result‑oriented, with a focus on delivering tangible improvements
- Strong communication skills in an international environment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Change Management or a related field
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in process management, business analysis or change management
- Experience with process design, process modelling or BPM methodologies
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Experience in the financial sector or with lending/investment processes
- Affinity with data and digitalization
- Experience with BPM tooling or process repositories
