Your role

As an Investor Relations Administrator at FMO Investment Management, you will be essential in enhancing our investor engagement and communication strategies. You will provide support that fosters strong relationships with our investors and stakeholders. This role requires a blend of administrative and analytical proficiency, client and communication skills, and a passion for sustainable investing.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Support Investor Relations Initiatives: Provide support in the development of investor presentations, reports, and marketing materials for investor meetings, industry conferences, and roadshows, and contribute to the development and implementation of investor relation strategies and plans.
  • Data Management: Develop, maintain, and update investor databases, ensuring accurate tracking of communications, interactions, and investor feedback.
  • Market analysis: Monitor and compile market trends, competitor activities, and investor feedback.
  • Communication Management: Co- Manage FMO IM’s communication channels and keep them up to date; draft and edit content, e.g., external and internal news items, case studies, LinkedIn items, and the fmo-im.nl website; act as a key liaison between the FIM team and other internal departments and channels to ensure coherent messaging of our strategy, performance, and products.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate and assist in organizing (inhouse) events and webinars
  • Reporting: Coordinate the preparation and production of regular reports, carefully review the written content contributions, and develop and maintain management reporting for monitoring and reporting key business development data and progress.
  • Project Support: Support projects initiated by FMO-IM or that affect FMO-IM (strategic, organizational, regulatory, or business-driven).
  • Administrative tasks: Take responsibility for a selective number of administrative tasks.
  • Assistant tasks: This job also occasionally requires management assistant tasks, as we are a small team.

The salary range for this role is around € 55 K (full-time, gross per year), depending on experience.

Having started as a dedicated team within FMO’s investment directorate in 2012, we became a separate legal entity in 2015 and a part of the Partnerships for Impact (P4i) team in 2017.

Our 12 persons team advises four debt funds: including the SDG Loan Fund which we closed in 2023 with a total size of USD 1.1 billion. Our ‘assets under advisory’ are expected to double as we have a significant growth ambition in line with FMO strategy towards 2030.

In your qualifications and experience, You have:

  • MBO/HBO-level with a minimum of 2 years of working experience in investor relations, sales support, or any related role, ideally within the finance sector.
  • Basic knowledge of the administration field in combination with relevant experience in communications and business development.

Your skills are:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with CRM systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to bring new ideas and perspectives.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic.
  • Innovative, organized, and self-motivated.
