As Logistics Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the complete logistics process for international EPC projects.
Your responsibilities include:
- Coordinate international shipments for HRSGs and associated equipment.
- Prepare logistics documentation, including Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, customs documentation, and certificates of origin.
- Calculate logistics costs and support project budgeting.
- Review customer packing and marking specifications to ensure compliance.
- Enter and manage shipment information within customer systems.
- Coordinate with Procurement, suppliers, freight forwarders, customers, and internal project teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Act as the main point of contact for transport providers throughout project execution.
- Develop contingency plans to minimise delivery risks and delays.
- Manage transport damage claims and implement corrective and preventative actions.
- Ensure all logistics activities comply with import/export regulations and project requirements.
