As an Inspection Coordinator, you plan, coordinate, and manage all inspection activities across the project to ensure timely execution in line with the project schedule, ITP requirements, and contractual obligations. Main Tasks:

  • Develops and maintains the overall inspection plan aligned with the procurement schedule.
  • Coordinates inspection schedules with suppliers, expeditors, and inspectors.
  • Assigns inspectors based on location, expertise, and availability.
  • Acts as the central point of contact for all inspection-related logistics and planning.
  • Ensures inspection notifications are issued and followed up in a timely manner.
  • Verifies readiness for inspections (documentation, status, access, hold points).
  • Coordinates FAT attendance planning together with PE and Expediter.
  • Tracks inspection status, reports, and outstanding actions.
  • Escalates inspection delays, resource constraints, or vendor non-compliance to PPM.
  • Ensures alignment between inspection activities and project priorities.
