Our client is seeking an AI Consultant to support the implementation and adoption of Microsoft Copilot across the organization. The primary focus of this role is to help engineers and project teams improve their daily workflows by leveraging AI as a support tool.

You will analyze existing processes, identify opportunities for AI-driven efficiency gains, and translate these into practical Microsoft Copilot use cases. A key principle within this role is that AI is used to support engineers in their work—not to replace their technical expertise or core responsibilities. The objective is to increase productivity, reduce errors, and improve consistency across projects.

In addition, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, helping shape the organization’s AI strategy and identifying opportunities for responsible AI adoption within daily operations. You will facilitate workshops, guide users in best practices, and help build enthusiasm and confidence around AI throughout the business.
