As a Lead Electrical Engineer, you will lead a team of Electrical Engineers while remaining actively involved in the design and development of complex electrical systems. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality engineering solutions, improving technical standards, and ensuring successful project execution from concept through commissioning.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading, coaching, and mentoring the Electrical Engineering team.
• Designing and reviewing electrical schematics and control cabinets.
• Developing electrical solutions for advanced industrial equipment.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable electrical standards and regulations.
• Improving engineering processes, documentation, and design standards.
• Collaborating closely with Mechanical, Software, Production, and Project Management teams.
• Providing technical support to customers and field service engineers when required.
• Taking ownership of projects throughout the complete engineering lifecycle.
