As a PAC Engineer, you’ll be at the technical core of our high-voltage energy projects. From protection relay design to SCADA integration and substation automation, you will ensure that power flows safely and intelligently across our national infrastructure.

Your main responsibilities:

Design and configure protection and control systems for HV/MV substations (10–380 kV).
Program and test IEDs (e.g. Siemens, ABB, SEL) and coordinate with SCADA/RTU systems.
Perform fault studies, relay coordination, and protection logic implementation.
Lead FAT, SAT, and commissioning activities at project sites across the Netherlands.
Ensure compliance with IEC 61850, NEN/EN standards, and Dutch grid codes.
Collaborate with utilities (e.g. TenneT, Enexis, Liander), engineering teams, and contractors.
