- Coordinate and manage outsourced production activities to ensure timely, cost-effective, and specification-compliant delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders (QC, Engineering, Logistics, Project Teams)
- Monitor progress, identify risks/issues early, and implement corrective actions
- Expedite fabrication processes and ensure adherence to schedules
- Coordinate inspections in line with Inspection & Test Plans (ITP/QIP)
- Oversee logistics coordination with internal teams
- Track and follow up on documentation and material deliveries
- Review supplier progress reports and mitigate delays
- Manage defects/complaints and ensure resolution
- Maintain accurate administration and ERP system updates
