About the Role

As our Office Manager, you are the heart of our The Hague office. You make sure everything runs smoothly: from facilities and guest reception to onboarding new colleagues and organizing internal activities. You’ll work closely with our People & Culture team and support the leadership team where needed.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.

  • Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and building management.

  • Maintain health and safety standards in the office environment.

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.

  • Supporting company events and teambuilding activities (quarterly meetings, Christmas/Summer party, offsites).

  • Oversee office budgets and process invoices, orders, and expense reports.

  • Support HR processes such as onboarding and offboarding (preparing welcome packages, setting up facilities for staff, etc.).

  • Handle general correspondence and communication with clients, partners, and internal teams.

  • Improve and implement office policies and procedures for efficiency.

What You'll Bring

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role (Office Manager, Office Assistant, Facility Coordinator).

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Proactive, flexible, and solution oriented.

  • Affinity with hospitality and culture in a scale-up/tech environment.

  • Fluent in both Dutch and English (written and spoken).

  • Availability of 40 hours per week with 4 days/week at our The Hague office.
