About the Role
We’re looking for a Manager to grow and operationally support our People Operations & Workplace function. This is a leadership-first, hands-on role. Your primary focus is setting priorities, coaching the team, owning OKRs, and building scalable systems. At the same time, you’ll step in directly—especially in Workplace operations, new process rollouts, or during peak periods.
What You’ll Do
Establish and track OKRs and set direction and priorities for People Ops & Workplace
Oversee and guide delivery of lifecycle processes (e.g. contracts, offboarding, HRIS updates)
Ensure our The Hague office runs smoothly, supports hybrid work, and reflects our values
Identify opportunities for automation and implement tooling to reduce manual work
Work hands-on with the Office Manager to manage vendors, lease cars, space setup, and team logistics
Coach team members and support their daily execution.
Collaborate cross-functionally and partner closely with Talent, HRBPs, L&D, Finance, IT, and Legal.
Support performance cycles, people systems, and cross-team initiatives with an operational lens.
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in People Operations, with 1–2+ years leading a team, experience overseeing office management as part of the role
Fluency in Dutch (C1) and English (C1)
Experience with HRIS tools (e.g. Personio, HiBob, BambooHR)
Ability to optimize, automate, and scale processes
Structured, calm under pressure, and strong at cross-functional alignment
Experience in a startup or scale-up environment
