In the role of Program Support Partner, you act as a trusted point of contact for customers, business partners, and internal stakeholders. You take ownership of customer challenges, resolve operational issues, and help ensure the successful delivery of a business-critical program. By combining strong communication skills with critical thinking and a customer-first mindset, you contribute directly to service excellence, long-term customer satisfaction, and program success.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and business partners, delivering timely, accurate, and professional support.
- Investigate and resolve customer enquiries, disputes, and operational challenges while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Build strong working relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive long-term engagement and trust.
- Take ownership of issues from initial investigation through to resolution, using sound judgement and a proactive approach.
- Identify root causes and improvement opportunities rather than focusing solely on transactional problem solving.
- Proactively engage customers and partners to address outstanding issues, provide guidance, and prevent future challenges.
- Support onboarding activities, user access requests, training initiatives, and ongoing customer enablement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve processes, enhance service delivery, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Balance customer needs with operational requirements while working within established service levels and performance standards.
- Contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing, teamwork, and customer-centric thinking across the organization.

You are confident communicating with different stakeholders, remain calm under pressure, and understand that great service means finding long-term solutions, not simply processing requests.
You bring:
- Native or near-native Dutch language skills.
- Good professional English communication skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
- The confidence to communicate with customers, partners, and stakeholders via phone and email.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- The ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- A proactive mindset with a natural tendency to take ownership of issues.
- Experience working with multiple systems and digital tools.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues.
- The curiosity to understand root causes rather than simply processing requests.
- Relevant customer-facing experience is valued more highly than a specific educational background.
