The Pipeline & Terminal Solutions Lifecycle Services Sales Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and supporting Customer Adoption & Expansion activities in the Benelux and France regions, for Emerson’s Energy, Transportation, and Storage Solutions (ETS) business, serving customers who operate extensive terminal and pipeline networks for hydrocarbons, renewables, and chemicals.
The role will focus on executing the business strategy, ensuring effective service delivery, and driving measurable results from Adoption and Expansion initiatives. It requires close collaboration with customers and internal teams—sales, operations, technology, and support—to maintain satisfaction and retention, oversee maintenance of existing applications, grow the installed base, and identify new business opportunities together with the ETS Europe sales organization.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- To implement the business strategy for Adoption & Expansion for the Pipeline & Terminal customers in Benelux and France.
- To collaborate with other functional groups and managers to ensure the delivery of the agreed strategies and objectives.
- To engage with sales, technology, & support services teams to help improve overall customer satisfaction and to support customer value realization.
- To collect customer insights and feedback to continuously improve customer retention & expansion best practices, portfolio offerings, and product features.
- To ensure Adoption & Expansion productivity & performance achievement in collaboration with the Customer Success Management (CSM) team.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
- Successful track record of customer-facing roles.
- Good operational knowledge of customers & contracts management.
- Stakeholder-needs analysis, support prioritization, and coordination with technology and services are a must.
- Able to influence, present, and interact comfortably at all organizational levels.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and remain flexible with ever-changing processes.
- Experience in working with geographically distributed teams.
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills; working knowledge of Dutch and French languages required.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Demonstrated experience in the O&G midstream industry.
- Strong understanding of Emerson's Pipeline & Terminal Solution portfolio or similar.
- Experience liaising with technology and service groups.
