Job title: Supply Chain Operations Specialist
Location: Delft, The Netherlands

As a Supply Chain Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting global supply chain operations across logistics, inventory management, planning and master data governance. Working in a lean international team, you will gain broad end-to-end supply chain exposure while contributing directly to business performance and continuous improvement.

Your key responsibilities

  • Execute and manage inbound logistics, purchase order processing and inventory transactions within SAP S/4HANA.
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock accuracy and safety stock requirements across multiple locations.
  • Support Demand & Supply Planning and S&OP processes by providing reliable operational data and insights.
  • Provide operational support to Customer Service, including order tracking and OTC process backup.
  • Maintain supply chain master data and partner with logistics providers and stakeholders to ensure planning accuracy, reporting integrity and service excellence.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through KPI monitoring, process optimization and digitalization projects.

You bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field, with relevant experience in supply chain operations, planning, logistics or inventory management.
  • Experience within a manufacturing, industrial or B2B environment is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, reporting and performance analysis; Power BI and SAP S/4HANA experience is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions, geographies and external partners.
  • An agile, proactive and hands-on mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
